Training and Development
Our company strongly believes in the potential of our employees and considers it our responsibility to empower them through comprehensive training and development initiatives. We have established a structured process to identify individual development needs within our performance evaluation system. By comparing existing qualifications and competencies with targeted ones, we identify areas for improvement, which in turn inform our training requirements. This approach ensures that employees’ skills align with company strategies, fostering their professional growth and supporting organizational objectives.
External Training
We conduct various training sessions for our employees, convinced that these programs boost their skills and consequently boost their productivity and motivation in the workplace. Our corporate training, facilitated by esteemed trainers, covers a range of topics such as Leading from Within, Lead with Pride, Managerial Grid, Presentation Skills, MS Excel (advanced and essential levels), Winning Decision-making, Email, Letter & Report Writing Skills, and more. Furthermore, employees who attend external training sessions arrange information-sharing workshops. These sessions foster interaction among employees, promoting a cohesive unit aligned with the Company’s corporate culture.
Internal Faculty Development
In line with our strategy of talent localization, the Company develops a talented pool of in-house trainers. Inspiring trainers from various functions are selected and subjected to rigorous training using internal and external resources. The pool of internal trainers then conducts various learning and development programs within the Company, which saves training costs and helps improve a learning culture based on knowledge sharing. All our employees are encouraged to participate in this program and share their knowledge and experiences with their colleagues. Our local faculty has trained participants on topics ranging from Ethical Management to Six Sigma Orientation to Lead with Pride, among others.
